Be sure that the AT&T Yahoo! Toolbar software is installed on each computer where you want to use Pop-Up Blocker.
If you hold the cursor over the AT&T Yahoo! Toolbar icon, the tooltip that appears tells you if Pop-Up Blocker is on or off.

Turn Pop-Up Blocker off or on in one of the following ways:
By choosing Enable Pop-Up Blocker from the Pop-Up Blocker menu on the AT&T Yahoo! Toolbar. When a check appears in front of the menu item, Pop-Up Blocker is on.

By toggling the Turn On/Turn Off button on the Online Protection Dashboard.
