Changing the Toolbar Layout
You can rearrange the Toolbar layout to make it more convenient for you to use.
Here's How

On the Toolbar, click the pencil icon, select Personal Options, and then select Change Toolbar Layout.
The Customize Yahoo! Toolbar page appears.
This page displays the size of your search box and the order in which your Toolbar buttons appear from left to right.

Under Search Box Width, select the size you want for the search box.

Under Button Order, select the button you want to move, and click the up or down arrows to move the button up or down in the list. Click the X button to delete the selected button.

When you finish making the desired changes, click the Finished button.

If you do not see your changes on the Toolbar, click the pencil icon and select Refresh Toolbar.
