Don’t worry—if it’s there, we’ll help you find it. att.net Mail gives you several easy ways to search for messages, even if you don’t remember the subject of the message or which folder you put it in.
Often what you want to find is email related to a message that you’re reading, like other messages on the same subject or from the same sender. att.net Mail includes a couple of search shortcuts to help you find these related messages right without even leaving the Reading Pane.
To find messages from the same sender:
Open an email message in the Reading Pane or a separate tab. (Remind me how.)
Click the sender’s name in the message header.

att.net Mail displays a list of all the messages in your mail folders from this sender.

Click any message in the list to display it in the Reading Pane.
To find messages on the same subject:
Open an email message in the Reading Pane or a separate tab.
Click on the message’s subject in the message header.

att.net Mail displays a list of all the messages in your mail folders with the same subject.

Click any message in the list to display it in the Reading Pane.
If the list of messages found from your search is long, you can filter the results as described in Narrowing Your Search Results.
Of course, you might want to search for messages that don’t relate to something you’re reading. If so, you can use att.net Mail’s full-power search tool.
