Adding an Application to att.net Mail

Yahoo! offers an ever-growing Application Gallery where you can add and remove applications. It’s easy, just a few clicks and you’ll have the application at your fingertips.

Available applications vary depending on your location.

Yahoo!, third-party developers, and partners develop the applications already installed in your att.net Mail and available through the Application Gallery. Rest assured that Yahoo! reviews all applications before you see them to ensure that they meet our privacy and security standards.

For each application to provide the best experience possible, you will be sharing information with the developer each time you use the application. Your application installation may also be shared through Yahoo! Updates. Learn more

 

Here’s How

  1. Open the applications area if it’s hidden. (Remind me how.)

  2. Click the add/remove icon (Add and remove Application) to the right of the Applications label.

  3. Browse through the applications and read the descriptions. When you find one you want to install, click the Add button.

    Click the Add button.

    An Application Information window opens with the same description and important notes about the information you’ll be sharing.

  4. To learn how you’ll share information when using the application, click the What am I sharing? link.

    Click the "What am I sharing?" link.

    Note: Depending on your settings, an Update about the installation might be shared through Yahoo! Updates. You can manage your Updates by clicking the link Manage who sees your Updates.

    Click the "Manage who sees your Updates" link.

  5. To add the application to your att.net Mail, click the Allow button in the Application Information window.

    Click the Allow button.

    The application is added to the Applications area.
