What's in the JavaScript Support Report?

Use the JavaScript Support report to show how many of the visits to your web site come from JavaScript capable browsers. This information helps you decide whether or not to implement JavaScript when designing your web site. For example, if many of your visitors have the JavaScript disabled, you may want to avoid using JavaScript-enabled features on your web site. For each JavaScript status, the report displays the following:

  • the number of visits from enabled/disabled JavaScript capable browsers
  • the percentage of visits enabled/disabled JavaScript capable browsers

Information Displayed in the Report

By default, this report displays a graphical illustration of the number and percentage of visits that are associated with JavaScript capable browsers used by visitors to your site. The level of detail that displays in the graph varies and is based on selections in the settings panel. It also provides a table that displays the actual number and percentage of visits from JavaScript capable browsers.
