Why is the number of offers in the Travel Status Report not consistent with the number of items I submitted?

To determine why the total number of offers in the Feed Status Report may not match the number of items you submitted in your travel feed:

  1. Confirm that the file you uploaded was complete by downloading the current version. Transmission errors can cause a discrepancy.
    • Visit your account "Home" page.
    • Click "Download Feed."
    • Select "Current Travel Feed."
  2. Check the timestamp of the report you are viewing to ensure it is not an old report.
  3. You may have included multiple offers on a single line in your feed, causing the line to be rejected. Yahoo! may have counted this as one rejection, though it may include multiple items.
