To determine why the total number of offers in the Feed Status Report may not match the number of items you submitted in your travel feed:
- Confirm that the file you uploaded was complete by downloading the current version. Transmission errors can cause a discrepancy.
- Visit your account "Home" page.
- Click "Download Feed."
- Select "Current Travel Feed."
- Check the timestamp of the report you are viewing to ensure it is not an old report.
- You may have included multiple offers on a single line in your feed, causing the line to be rejected. Yahoo! may have counted this as one rejection, though it may include multiple items.
