If you deposited more money than you intended into your Travel Submit account, you can request a partial refund in either of the following ways:
- Fill out the online Account Help Form. Make sure that you are signed into Yahoo! using the Yahoo! ID and password that you use for Travel Submit. For the fastest response, please complete all of the fields to help in verifying your identity.
- Call Customer Care at 1-866-999-6837. Be sure to have your Yahoo! ID or Merchant ID handy.
Please be aware that to keep your Travel Submit account open, you must keep a minimum of $50.00 in your account.
You can expect to receive your partial refund within four weeks.
