How do I close my Travel Submit account? Will I receive a refund?

To close your account, you can either:

  1. Fill out the onlineAccount Help Form and indicate that you would like to close your account. Make sure that you are signed into Yahoo! using the Yahoo! ID and password that you use for Travel Submit. For the fastest response, please complete all of the fields in the form so that your identity can be verified.
  2. Call Customer Care at 1-866-999-6837. Be sure to have your Yahoo! ID or Advertiser ID handy.

In either case, our Customer Care Agents will process your close request and issue you a full refund of your remaining balance.

Note: It may take up to 24 hours for Yahoo! to remove all your travel offers from Yahoo! Travel. Therefore, you will be charged for any clicks you receive during this time period. Once your travel offers are removed from Yahoo! Travel, your account is officially closed. Within 24 hours of when your account is closed, you will receive a confirmation email with your final refund amount. You can expect to receive your refund within four weeks.
