You will be charged a fixed cost-per-click (CPC) price based on the offer listing category for each click on one of your listings. Yahoo! Travel categories and their CPC prices are documented on our Rate Card. You can always view the current Rate Card in your Travel Submit account. Yahoo! reserves the right to change the CPC prices on the Rate Card at any time for any reason.
The billing method depends on the payment option you choose for your Travel Submit account. You will be prompted to choose one of the following payment plans during step 5 of the sign-up process:
Manual Payment Plan—You can choose to have your credit card charged only when you make a manual payment to your Travel Submit account. You must make a minimum payment of $25.00 each time you add funds to your account. If you select this option, Yahoo! will never automatically charge your credit card, but your travel offers will be dropped from Yahoo! Travel if you do not keep funds in your account.
Automatic Payment Plan—You can choose to have Yahoo! charge your credit card a pre-specified amount when your balance falls below a defined amount. For example, you could request that Yahoo! charge your credit card $100.00 when your account balance falls to $50.00. You must charge your credit card a minimum of $25.00. Note: Yahoo! will not bill you more than once during any 24-hour period, so be sure that amount you add to your account will cover at least a day's clicks.
Monthly Payment Plan—You can choose to have Yahoo! charge your credit card each month to bring your balance up to a specified amount. Your card will be charged on the same day of each month when you selected the monthly payment plan—so, if you select the plan on September 15, your credit card will be billed on the 15th of every month thereafter. Your card will only be charged the amount necessary to return your balance to a pre-specified amount. For example, if you specify an optimal balance of $500.00, and your current balance is $150.00 when your next charge date arrives, Yahoo! will charge your credit card $350.00. Note: If the amount to be billed is less than $5.00 to bring you to your optimal balance, Yahoo! will not bill your credit card that month.
