  1. Enter a Campaign Name and Specify Targeting
  2. Create an Ad Group and Specify Targeting and Distribution Tactic
  3. Choose Keywords
  4. Set You Ad Group Bid
  5. Create Your Ad
  6. Review Your Ad Group
  7. Budget and Schedule Your Campaign
  8. Review and Activate Your Campaign

Considerations When Creating a New Campaign

  • You may want to create separate campaigns for components of your business requiring distinct:
  • Geo-targeting
  • Daily spending limits
  • Schedules
  • Additionally, campaigns using the Content Match tactic should be managed separately from campaigns using the Sponsored Search tactic.
  • You should monitor the performance of your Content Match campaigns to determine whether or not it effectively supports your advertising goals. You may find it useful to start with a single Content Match Campaign with lower bids, then monitor it over time before creating additional Content Match campaigns.
To get started with the first step of creating a new campaign, click the Get Started button on the Create a Campaign page.
