The Yahoo! Marketing Solutions center is your account management application. It contains your campaigns and account data. Log into your account at marketingsolutions.com to access your account and its features. When you signed up for your account, you set up a username and password. You will use this username and password to access your account and set up your campaigns.
Forgotten/Change Password
If you forget your password, click "Forgot your password” on the log-in page. The link to this page is located next to the Log In button on your account log-in page.
On the Forgot Password page, enter your username to initiate the reset password process. Information on resetting your password is sent to the primary email address you established when you set up your account.
If you cannot recall your username, you can email your inquiry.
Please include the following information in your email so we may better assist you:
- Your first and last name
- The account ID (found under the Administration tab >Accounts subtab>Account General Information Panel within your account pages)
- The primary email address associated with the contact on the account
You can change your password at any time from within your account. Click here to view steps on how to change your password.
To troubleshoot login problems, you can try the following:
- Check to see if you are using the correct capitalization in the password field. The password field is case-sensitive, so check to see if you are using the correct capitalization and make sure your caps lock on your keyboard is not enabled. If you have forgotten your password, click “Forgot your password” on the log-in page. On the Forgot Password page, enter your username and click the Submit button. Instructions on resetting your password are sent to your email address.
- Remove any spaces before or after your username. The username field is also case-sensitive, so ensure you are using the correct capitalization.
- Ensure you are logging into the correct Login Page. The correct URL is marketingsolutions.yahoo.com. If you still have trouble logging in to your account, please contact us and provide as much detail as you can, including any error messages you have received.
If you cannot recall your username or password, or you have a question about your account, you can email your inquiry.

- The account ID (found under the Administration tab >Accounts subtab>Account General Information Panel within your account pages)
- The email address associated with the contact on the account
You can also click on the Customer Support link in the top right corner of account pages and enter a Support Request using the form provided. You can also use the form to attach a screenshot of any issue you may be experiencing.
Account Security: Yahoo! Sign-in Seal
You can help protect yourself from ‘phishing,’, directed at your Yahoo! Search Marketing account with an account sign-in seal. A sign-in seal is a custom message or picture accompanied by a background color of your choosing. We display this seal within the account login panel every time you log into an authentic Yahoo! Search Marketing site from the computer you use to access your Yahoo! Search Marketing account. Don’t see the sign-in seal on the computer you use to log in? This alerts you that you may have landed on a phishing site and you should not enter your personal information (There may be other reasons you don’t see your sign-in seal. Learn more).
Creating a sign-in seal is easy, free and readily accessible from the page link within your search marketing account login panel. Just click on the Are You Protected? link to view the sign-in seal creation page.
Some things to remember as you create your sign-in seal:
- Text seals may include up to 21 characters
- Image seals allow you to upload a picture from your computer. The image should be: easily viewed in a small size (close-ups work best); .gif, .jpeg or .jpg format; and 2MB or less in size
The seal will display whenever you log into any Yahoo! Search Marketing account from the computer where you created your sign-in seal. You may change your seal at any time, as well as create a seal for every computer you use to access your account(s).

Upon your written cancellation request, any unused, pre-paid amount left on your account after cancellation will be refunded to the credit card or PayPal account that was used for payment. Credits are refunded to your credit card or PayPal account within three to five business days.
Account cancellation is processed at the time of your inquiry; however, your final refund credit may reflect charges for additional clicks occurring between the initial request for cancellation and time for processing your cancellation.
Upon your written request, pre-payments made by check will be refunded in a check sent via first class U.S. Mail. Your refund is typically processed within four to six weeks. Processing time does not include U.S. Postal Service routing times.
