Top Lists and Watched Lists

Top lists and Watched lists offer convenient access to your top and watched items. The top lists display the campaigns, ad groups, ads and keywords on which you are spending the most money. The watched lists display the campaigns, ad groups, ads and keywords that you wish to monitor.

The Top and Watched List will automatically remember your view preferences based on your most recent selection.

For example: If you selected Watched Campaigns from the Top and Watched drop down list and then navigated to a different section of the account, the Dashboard will automatically remember your most recent customization when you come back to the page during the same session or multiple sessions.

The preferred defaults will automatically change when you make a new selection.

Within the Top lists and Watched lists panel you can:
  1. View campaigns, ad groups and keywords marked as top or watched. Watched campaigns, ad groups and keywords can be set by you while top campaigns, ad groups and keywords are automatically selected by the system.
  2. You can view the appropriate lists by making a selection from the dropdown menu.
  3. Specify a date range for metrics that you want to review.
  4. Click directly into a specific campaign, ad group or keyword.

Navigating between items in the Top lists or Watched Lists

  1. If your Top lists and Watched lists include elements from multiple campaigns or ad groups, click the “Next” and “Previous” buttons to move between them with one click.

  2. Click to enlarge

  3. When you “hover” over the “Next” or “Previous” button, the next or previous ad group in the series will be displayed, so you know what information you will receive if you click on those buttons.

  4. When the “Next” or “Previous” button is “grayed out” (not clickable), it means that you have reached the end or beginning of the list, and there are no more objects to move to.
