To download data from multiple campaigns in your account:

1. Click the "Campaigns" tab.
2. Select “Download Campaigns” in the upper right-hand corner. You will be able to download the data for all campaigns listed on this page in
• XML format in an Excel 2003 spreadsheet, OR
• CSV format
3. Place a check next to your download preferences to mark whether or not you would like to
• Include Keywords
• Include Ads
• Exclude deleted items

If you would like data for only one campaign, click on the campaign name, then click the Download Campaign button in the upper right.

If you would like data for only a select group of campaigns (e.g., those with a cost over $200), use the search function to filter the campaign list and then select Download Campaigns.

You can also select similar options when downloading ad groups and keywords.

Clicking on the Download Ad Groups button from the account-level Ad Groups page provides the following preference selections:

• Download data in XML format in MS Excel 2003 or in CSV format
• Include Keywords
• Include Ads
• Exclude deleted items

Clicking on the Download Keywords button from the account-level Keywords page provides the following preference selections:

• Download data in XML format in MS Excel 2003 or in CSV format
• Exclude deleted items
