This function allows you to find specific ad(s) or filter your ad group lists based on certain criteria (e.g., ad groups with a low click-through rate).

To search for a particular ad group or set of ad groups:

  1. Click the "Campaigns" tab.
  2. Choose a campaign.
  3. Here, you will see the list of the ad groups in that campaign.
  4. To search for a particular ad group in the campaign, simply type all or part of the ad group name into the search box and click “Search.”
  5. If you would like to conduct an advanced search for your ad groups, select the drop-down arrow next to the “Search” button and select “Advanced Search.”

  6. Click to enlarge

  7. Then, you will be able search by ad group name, watch list, status, alerts, tactic, average CPC (cost-per-click), impressions, CTR (click-through rate), clicks and cost.
  8. After you enter in the relevant search criteria and click “Search,” you will get a list of all the ad groups that meet these criteria.
