Editing and Deleting Configured Reports

To edit a saved report view:

  1. Click the “Reports” tab
  2. Click the “Saved Report Views" subtab.


  3. Apply a report filter, if neccessary.
  4. Find the name of the report view and click its corresponding “Edit” link.

  6. Specify the report parameters that you want to save with the report view:
    1. “Report view name”: Specify a name that is different from previously saved report views unless you want to replace an existing report view with the one that you are currently saving.
    2. “Make default”: Select whether or not you want the report view to be the default view for its report type.
    3. “Schedule saved report configuration”: Select whether or not you want reports based on this configuration to run automatically.
      • Send an email with the report attached: If you are receiving a scheduled report via email, select the frequency for sending the report.
      • Attach report as: If you are receiving a scheduled report via email, select the file format for the report. The file format should be based on the application with which you will view the reports.
      • Date range for report data: If you are receiving a scheduled report via email, select the time period on which to base the generated report.
  7. Click “Edit”.



To delete a saved report view:

  1. Click the “Reports” tab
  2. Click the “Saved Report Views" subtab.


  3. To delete a report view, find the name of the report view and click its corresponding “Delete” link.

  5. Click "Delete" to confirm.
