To manage your Notification Alerts, click on “Preferences” and then the Notification Settings Panel.
- Turn your Alert Notification feature “On” or “Off.” By turning your Alert Notification Status to “On,” you’ll receive notification for the alerts you select.
- Select the types of alerts you’d like to receive:
- Billing and Payment
- Credit Card Expiring
- Credit Card Failed
- Account Balance Low
- Campaign
- Account
- Account is off – Editorial Issues
- Account Status Off
- Analytics Tag Deactivated
- Account is off – Zero Balance
- No Analytics Tag
- Editorial
- Select the email address in your profile and/or include an optional email address.
- Set the priority level (high, normal or low) for your email message.
- Select the email address where you want to receive notifications for report views you have set-up and/or include an optional email address.
- Click “Save Changes” to save your settings.
Important Considerations:
- There are two types of alert notifications:
- Alert Notification - A one-time notification of high priority concerning your account.

Daily Alert Summary - A daily notification summarizing alerts posted to your account.
- Notification alert settings apply to all accounts to which you have access in the currently selected master account.
- Notification alerts complement the actual alerts displayed in your account interface. You will receive the notifications that you select in addition to seeing them appear in your account.
- Please note that to ensure delivery of your alert notifications, some alerts are sent to certain company contacts who may not have subscribed to receive alerts. If you are sent these alerts and would like this option changed, please contact Customer Support.
