Why are the conversion metrics shown by Yahoo! Analytics and another tool I use different?

Typically, count differences arise from different tools using different counting methods and/or definitions in developing metrics. To better understand the differences, it is important to understand how each vendor counts the metric in question. The technology behind Yahoo! Analytics has been in use for over seven years and has been tested against nearly a billion users. If you believe that Yahoo!
