Reporting

There are ten performance reports, one traffic quality report and two financial reports provided in the reports tab of the user interface.

Report Views

  • Your account default is set to show data from the last 2 weeks. To view data for different time periods, select from the calendar at the top right corner of the page.
  • You can sort data by clicking on the heading for the column you want to sort data elements
  • You can customize the order in which the columns are displayed
  • You can download reports for viewing offline by clicking on the Download this Report link
  • You can have reports mailed to you daily, weekly or monthly

Report Types

  • Performance Summary report provide impressions, clicks, click- through rate (CTR) and cost totals that your campaigns, ad groups or keywords have generated. Performance reports also give you trended data.
  • Ad Performance Summary report tracks performance data (impressions, clicks, CTR, CPC, costs), Quality Index and Average Position for ads in your account. This report is helpful as it provides at-a-glance snapshot of ads and their quality index.
  • Daily Performance report provides you with a daily look at the impressions, clicks, CTR, CPCs and cost totals that your campaigns, ad groups or keywords have generated.
  • Performance by Geographic Location report allows you to view campaign and ad group performance based on your geo-targeting preferences. The report includes information such as impressions, click-through rate (CTR), clicks, average cost per click (CPC), and cost. Information is shown for each of your target regions. You can filter by account, campaigns or ad groups, and tactic.
  • Performance by Gender Demographic report provides you with a view of campaign and ad group performance based on audience gender. The report includes information such as impressions, click-through rate (CTR), clicks, average cost per click (CPC), and cost.
  • Performance by Age Demographic allows you to view campaign and ad group performance based on audience age. The report includes information such as impressions, click-through rate (CTR), clicks, average cost per click (CPC), and cost.
  • Scheduling Performance allows you to view campaign and ad group performance based on your ad schedules. The report includes information such as impressions, click-through rate (CTR), clicks, average cost per click (CPC), and cost.
  • Daily Spending Performance report gives you a daily look at the impressions, clicks, click-through rate (CTR), average cost-per-click (CPC) and cost totals that your campaigns, ad groups or keywords have generated within a specific date range.
  • URL Performance report gives you impressions, clicks, click-through rate (CTR), average cost- per-click (CPC) cost totals and average position by URL. Reports are useful to understand landing page performance.
  • Keyword Performance report provided detailed data by keyword across the date range you specify. Performance by Geographic Location report shows you where your traffic is coming from for your selected distribution tactics
  • Click Filter report provides information about the number of clicks that our Click Protection System has identified as invalid, and as a result of this identification we did not charge you for.
  • Ad Delivery report allows you to view information about the URLs where your ads are being displayed. You can then use this information to help inform your decisions regarding which domains to block using the “Blocked Domains” feature. Learn more about Traffic Quality Reports.
  • Monthly Financial reports allow you to access and download your Invoices, Account Statements and Activity Reports for the prior calendar months.*
  • Billing Transaction Detail report allows you to get historical data listing all of the billing transactions on your account for a specified date range.*
*Note: All Account Performance Reports, with the exception of the Scheduling Performance Report if you have chosen to target to your audience’s time zone, will be displayed according to the time zone in which the account is based. Monthly Financial Reports and Billing Reports will be generated in the Pacific time zone, which may lead to some discrepancies between your Performance and Financial/Billing Reports.
