You can use the "shipping-price" field in your product feed to override shipping rules for any items on which you want to offer special shipping rates. To override shipping rules for a particular product, include the special fixed shipping price (e.g., "0.00" for free shipping) in the "shipping-price" column for that product in your feed. Your regular shipping rules will apply to all products that do not have a shipping-price specified.
