If you have entered your shipping rules but your listings show "no info" on Yahoo! Shopping, check the following:
- Check that you have waited at least 24 hours since updating your shipping rules. If may take up to 24 hours for the changes to take effect.
- If your shipping rules depend on data from your product feed (such as shipping-weight or shipping-surcharge), make sure you have waited at least 24 hours since uploading a feed that includes this information. It may take up to 24 hours for the feed to be processed and your listings on Yahoo! Shopping to be updated.
- If your shipping rules depend on data from your product feed, confirm that you have submitted the correct information in the appropriate format. Check your Feed Status report to ensure that your feed has been successfully received and processed.
- Make sure you entered a shipping rule for the ZIP code you are testing.
- Confirm that the status of the applicable shipping rule is "On."
- Make sure that you entered a destination ZIP code on Yahoo! Shopping so that it can display estimated shipping costs. Enter a ZIP code when prompted or sign in with a Yahoo! ID that already has a valid US ZIP code recorded.
