Why is the number of products in the Product Status Report not consistent with the number of items I submitted?

Transmission errors may cause a discrepancy. Re-upload your current feed or confirm that your last uploaded was complete by downloading your last feed.

  1. Visit your account Home page.
  2. Click "Download Products."
  3. Select "Current Product Feed."

Your reports may not yet have been updated. Verify that the timestamp of the report you are viewing is recent.

If you placed multiple items on a single line in your feed, the line would to be rejected. We may have counted this as one rejection, even if the line included multiple items.
