Effective March 11, 2010, Yahoo! Shopping is partnering with PriceGrabber. This partnership will give you greater access to more potential customers and to enhanced reporting. It will give you the opportunity to list your products either on Yahoo! Shopping only or on both Yahoo! Shopping and PriceGrabber. With this transition, it is important to note that your Yahoo! Product Submit account will no longer be available after March 11, 2010, and you must sign up for a PriceGrabber merchant account in order for your products to appear in Yahoo! Shopping. In addition, the ftp.productsubmit.adcentral.yahoo.com location will no longer be available after March 11, 2010.

The following three options are available to you:

1. List your products on both Yahoo! Shopping and PriceGrabber. You can choose to have your products listed on both Yahoo! Shopping and the PriceGrabber Network. If you choose this option, you must sign up for a (no setup cost) PriceGrabber merchant account.

If you are a Yahoo! Store merchant: PriceGrabber will automatically create a shopping feed from your catalog.xml file so you won’t have to do any additional work to prepare an additional feed. However, you must sign up for a PriceGrabber merchant account in order to have your products listed on Yahoo! Shopping. You will continue to receive a 20% discount on CPC prices across all categories for all products listed on Yahoo! Shopping (only).

If you are not a Yahoo! Store merchant: You will have to submit a new data feed in PriceGrabber’s required format.

Setup Fee Waiver: Any setup fees to list your products on PriceGrabber will be waived, provided you sign up before March 11, 2010. Please note that setup fees apply to merchants that have products in certain categories. Please see the FAQ related to merchant setup fees .

Important Deadlines for Account Setup:

• If you sign up for a PriceGrabber merchant account between January 11, 2010 and January 19, 2010, your products are guaranteed by PriceGrabber to be live on both Yahoo! Shopping and PriceGrabber on March 11, 2010.
• If you sign up between January 19, 2010 and March 11, 2010, PriceGrabber will use best efforts to have your products listed on both Yahoo! Shopping and PriceGrabber by March 11, 2010, though the longer you wait, the greater chance you risk delays.
• If you sign up after March 11, 2010, the timing for your feed to go live will be determined under PriceGrabber’s standard process.

2. List your products on Yahoo! Shopping only. If you choose this option, you must sign up for a (no setup cost) PriceGrabber merchant account.

If you are a Yahoo! Store merchant:PriceGrabber will automatically create a shopping feed from your catalog.xml file so you will not have to do any additional work to prepare an additional feed. However, you will still have to sign up for a (no set up cost) PriceGrabber merchant account. You will continue to receive a 20% discount on CPC prices across all categories for all products listed on Yahoo! Shopping.

If you are not a Yahoo! Store merchant: You will have to submit a new data feed in PriceGrabber’s required format.

Important Deadlines for Account Setup:

• If you sign up for a PriceGrabber merchant account between January 11, 2010 and January 19, 2010, your products are guaranteed by PriceGrabber to be live on Yahoo! Shopping on March 11, 2010.
• If you sign up after January 19, 2010, PriceGrabber will use best efforts to have your products listed on Yahoo! Shopping by March 11, 2010.
• If you sign up after March 11, 2010, the timing for your fee to go live will be determined under PriceGrabber’s standard process.
Please sign up immediately to ensure a seamless transition.

3. Do nothing. If you choose to do nothing, your products will continue to be listed on Yahoo! Shopping, provided your account is adequately funded, until March 11, 2010. On March 11, 2010, your products will no longer be live on Yahoo! Shopping. If you currently have an active account with PriceGrabber, your products (from your PriceGrabber feed) will be automatically added to Yahoo! Shopping based on your existing terms and conditions with Pricegrabber.

PLEASE NOTE: Setup fees may be charged to merchants signing up after the launch (March 11, 2010) of the new partnership for the following categories: Cameras, Computers, Electronics, Software, Office, Music, Movies, Video Games, and Books.
