You cannot use your web site's hierarchy to categorize your products using the "yahoo-shopping-category" field. You must use a valid Yahoo! Shopping category in this field. See the list of Yahoo! Shopping categories and their definitions here.

Please Note: You can use your web site's hierarchy to fill out the "merchant-site-category" field. The merchant-site-category field is the category you use on your own site for each of your products. (For example, Electronics and Camera > Television and Video > VCR.) Knowing how you categorize products on your own site can help us apply the correct categories if you select the auto-categorization option.
