Yahoo! Merchant Solutions and Yahoo! Store merchants are eligible for a 20% discount on Product Submit. The most common reason that stores do not receive this discount is that they have signed up through the public website rather than through the Yahoo! Shopping link in the Store Manager that connects the accounts. If this is the case, you should close your non-discounted account (you will receive a refund for the balance) and sign up again via the link to Product Submit in your Store Manager.
