How do I close my Product Submit account? Will I receive a refund?

To close your account, you can either:

  • Fill out the Billing Help Form and request to close your account. Make sure that you are logged into Yahoo! under the Yahoo! ID and password that you use for Product Submit.
  • Call Customer Care. Be sure to have your Yahoo! ID or Merchant ID handy.

In either case, our Customer Care will process your close request and issue you a full refund of your remaining balance.

Please Note: It may take up to 24 hours for Yahoo! to remove all your products from Yahoo! Shopping, and you will be charged for any clicks you receive during this time. Once your listings go offline, your account will be officially closed and you will receive a confirmation email with your final refund amount. Expect to receive your refund within four weeks.
