No. You’ll need to wait until your product feed has been accepted and processed successfully before you can upload your bid feed. However, you can choose to go live with Minimum Bids. This can be done in the Bidding Preferences section of the My Accounts page. This option will automatically set the default bids for your product categories to the minimum required bid for each category. Your product(s) will go live (appear in Yahoo! Shopping) as soon your product feed is successfully uploaded and processed.
