To change the permissions of an existing user on your account:

1. Go to your My Account page.
2. Under "Access Information," locate the user's Yahoo! ID and click "Edit."
3. Select a new permission from the drop-down menu and click "Save."

Please Note Only Account Administrators and Read/Write users will be able to place bids. Read only users will not.
