How can I add a new user to my account?

You have to be the account Administrator to add a new user to your account.

To add a user to your Product Submit account:

  1. If the new user does not have a Yahoo ID, they must sign up for one from the Yahoo ID registration page before you can add them.
  2. Click "My Account."
  3. Under "Access Information," click "Add a user."
  4. Enter the new user's Yahoo ID and select a permission level from the drop-down menu. (Read/Write users can view reports, set Product Alerts, and change categorization options. Read Only users can only view reports.)
  5. Click "Save."
  6. Click "Add User" on the confirmation page if you are sure you want to add the new user to your Product Submit account.

Please Note: Any and all users added to an Administrator's account are responsible for upholding the Terms of Service. The Administrator is responsible for any actions taken on the account.
