Use the Edit Notification Preferences page to manage the types of alerts that you receive, via email, for your Mobile Sponsored Search account. Alerts help you to stay informed about important events that affect your account.
Receiving Alerts by Email
In the Edit Notification Preferences page, you can request emails to be automatically sent to you, notifying you of any alerts on your Mobile Sponsored Search account . There are two types of email notifications,
- Daily Alert Summary
- Alert Notifications
You can receive notifications via email at the address listed in your user profile, plus one additional email address.
Note: Whether or not you choose to receive email notifications, alerts appear in the Alerts panel on the Dashboard.
Setting up the Daily Alert Summary
Use this option if you would like to receive a daily email summary of all alerts on your account since the previous day. You can customize your Daily Alert Summary to include one or more alert types. Select from the following alert types.
- Billing and Payment
- Editorial
- Campaign
- Opportunity
To set up the daily alert summary:
- Click the Preferences link in the header of any page of your account. The Preferences page opens.
- Click Edit in the Notification Settings panel. The Edit Notification Preferences page opens.
- Set the Alert Summary Status to On.
- Select one or more alert types to include.
- Specify at least one email address. You can specify the address in your profile, or you can specify an optional email address by entering that address in the text field.
- Select an email priority level from the dropdown list: high, normal, or low. This priority level refers to an identification flag or marker on the email when it arrives.
- Click the Save Changes button.
Setting up Alert Notifications
Use this option if you would like to receive email notification of certain high-priority alerts. You can request notifications for the following alert types.
Billing and Payment alerts inform you that your:
- Account is off due to zero balance
- Credit card is expiring
- Credit card has failed
Editorial alerts inform you that:
- Account is off due to editorial issues
- An ad group is off
To set up an alert notification:
- Click the Preferences link in the header of any page of your account. The Preferences page opens.
- Click Edit in the Notification Settings panel. The Edit Notification Preferences page opens.
- Set the Alert Notification Status to On.
- Select one or more alert types to include.
- Specify at least one email address. You can specify the address in your profile, or you can specify an optional email address by entering that address in the text field.
- Click the Save Changes button.
Setting up Scheduled Report Notifications
Use this option if you would like to specify email preferences for receiving scheduled reports and notifications. This option does not apply to receiving alerts via email, and is used only for scheduled reports and report-related notifications.
To set up a scheduled report notification:
- Click the Preferences link in the header of any page of your account. The Preferences page opens.
- Click Edit in the Notification Settings panel. The Edit Notification Preferences page opens.
- Specify your email preferences for receiving scheduled reports and notifications.
- Click the Save Changes button.
