Ad Group Carrier Settings

Use the Ad Group Carrier Settings to set the carriers on/off status at the ad group level from your Mobile Sponsored Search account. All carriers are Online by default.

Note: For ads to be served to users of a specific carrier, the carrier must be selected (Online) at all levels. If you unselect (Offline) a carrier at the ad group level, then by default, that carrier will also be Offline for all new ads in that ad group.

Setting a Carrier Status to Online or Offline

  1. Navigate to the Ad Group Details page. In most cases, you access this page by doing the following:
    • Click on the Campaigns tab
    • When the Campaigns Summary tap appears, click a campaign.
    • At the Campaign Details page, click an Ad Group.
  2. On the Ad Group Details page, click the Edit button in the Ad Group Carrier Settings area.
  3. The Ad Group Carrier Settings page opens. This displays a list of all of the mobile network operators - carriers - that are available in your market.
  4. To enable or disable all carriers for this ad group, click the Online or Offline radio button adjacent to All Carriers.
  5. To enable or disable a particular carrier for this ad group, click the Online or Offline radio button adjacent to the particular carrier.
  6. When you are finished, click Save Changes.
