Account Carrier Settings

Use the Account Carrier Settings page to set the carriers' on/off status for your Mobile Sponsored Search account. All carriers are Online by default.

Note: For ads to be served to users of a specific carrier, the carrier must be selected (Online) at all levels. If you unselect (Offline) a carrier at the account level, then by default, that carrier will also be Offline for all new campaigns you create in that account.

Setting a Carrier Status to Online or Offline

  1. Click the Administration tab , then click the Accounts subtab.
    • If you have one account, the Account Summary page opens.
    • If you have more than one account, identify the account to edit and click the Account link. The Account Summary page opens.
  2. When the Account Summary page opens, click Edit in the Account Carrier Settings area.
  3. The Account Carrier Settings page opens. This displays a list of all of the mobile network operators - carriers - that are available in your market.
  4. To enable or disable all carriers for this account, click the Online or Offline radio button adjacent to All Carriers.
  5. To enable or disable a particular carrier for this account, click the Online or Offline radio button adjacent to the particular carrier.
  6. When you are finished, click Save Changes.
