Use the Account Carrier Settings page to set the carriers' on/off status for your Mobile Sponsored Search account. All carriers are Online by default.
Note: For ads to be served to users of a specific carrier, the carrier must be selected (Online) at all levels. If you unselect (Offline) a carrier at the account level, then by default, that carrier will also be Offline for all new campaigns you create in that account.
Setting a Carrier Status to Online or Offline
- Click the Administration tab , then click the Accounts subtab.
- If you have one account, the Account Summary page opens.
- If you have more than one account, identify the account to edit and click the Account link. The Account Summary page opens.
- When the Account Summary page opens, click Edit in the Account Carrier Settings area.
- The Account Carrier Settings page opens. This displays a list of all of the mobile network operators - carriers - that are available in your market.
- To enable or disable all carriers for this account, click the Online or Offline radio button adjacent to All Carriers.
- To enable or disable a particular carrier for this account, click the Online or Offline radio button adjacent to the particular carrier.
- When you are finished, click Save Changes.
