Like in Sponsored Search, this is known as the Daily Spending Limit. The Mobile Sponsored Search Daily Spending Limit can be specified at the account-level and the campaign level.
You’re only charged when your ad is clicked. How much each click costs is entirely up to you. Bids start at $0.10 per click.
You set a bid for the maximum amount that you’re willing to pay each time your ad is clicked, and you pay only when your ad is clicked. Your cost is the amount you actually pay for each click, which may be below your bid amount. You only pay the amount necessary to retain your position in search results.
