A Featured Listing provides premium placement for your business on Yahoo! Local search results pages in a specific geographic area and category. Yahoo! Local uses an algorithm to match each user search query term with a particular business category. When a search matches your category, your Featured Listing will be displayed on either page 1 or 2 of the search results. The results of the search algorithm are constantly optimized to return the results users want. As a result, Yahoo! cannot guarantee that certain searches will trigger particular categories.
