One of the benefits of Local Listings is that you can directly add or modify the categorization of your listing. Make your selections on Step 2 of the sign-up flow. You can also edit your categories once your listing has been accepted by clicking Edit Featured Selections for your listing in your Local Listings Account Center.

Please note that Yahoo! reserves the right to decide whether, where, and how a listing appears in Yahoo! Local. Yahoo! will consider the information you provide but reserves the right to list your site in any category or subcategory as Yahoo! deems appropriate, at its sole discretion.
