The Sponsored Search ID is used for Sponsored Search accounts and for billing information for Search Submit Pro.
Product Submit, Travel Submit, Local Listings and Directory Submit accounts use the Yahoo! ID. You can use the same Yahoo! ID for all these accounts.
The Search Submit Pro ID is used for Search Submit Pro reporting only and the Search Submit Express ID is used for Search Submit Express only.
