Please note that as of November 2007 we are no longer accepting new submissions to the Sponsored Business Service.

To qualify for the Sponsored Business Service, a business must meet the following minimum criteria:

• The business must already be listed in Yahoo! Yellow Pages.
• The business must be based in the United States.
• The business must provide the URL for its web site and/or other detailed company information, such as hours of operation, credit cards accepted, and so forth.
• The company web site, if any, must be in English with the official business name visible to any visitor to the site.
• The company web site, if any, must not contain any content, products, services, or other information that, in Yahoo!'s reasonable determination, may be illegal to sell under any applicable law, statute, ordinance, or regulation; that may infringe or violate anyone's rights; or that Yahoo! believes, in its sole discretion, is inflammatory, offensive, or otherwise inconsistent with the spirit of the program.

The minimum term for participation in the Sponsored Business Service is one (1) month. The monthly fee starts at $25 per month for sponsored business listing per listing.

These criteria are minimum requirements only, and Yahoo!, in its sole discretion, may consider other criteria before accepting the submission.
