Open your firewall settings—for example, Windows Firewall in the Control Panel—and allow Yahoo! Widgets access to the Internet. For Windows Firewall, you add Yahoo! Widgets to the Exceptions tab. If you have other software that controls network access to your computer, examine settings there as well to make sure that Yahoo! Widgets is allowed access to the Internet.
