You can delete a locked out card from the Yahoo! Wallet by going to the Yahoo! Wallet site. Click the X next to the credit card that you want to delete. If you have ongoing services being charged on this card, you will be required to re-associate all services to another credit card. When a card has been deleted, you can add the same card to your Yahoo! Wallet.
