If you are running pop-up blocking software you may not be able to use Yahoo! Video properly. These applications include the Google Toolbar, Panicware, and new versions of Netscape and AOL.
There are several ways to work around this software:
- Make sure your pop-up blocker is set to medium. If the pop-up blocker is set on high, it will block the Yahoo! Video player window from appearing.
- Hold down the "Shift" or "Ctrl" key on your keyboard to temporarily disable the pop-up blocker.
- Uninstall the pop-up blocker software from your computer.
You may be getting blocked from Internet Explorer.
- In your browser click on Tools
- Click on Internet Options
- Click on Privacy
- Click on Settings
- Where is says "Address of Web site to allow:" enter “*.yahoo.com”
- This should prevent you from being blocked.
