What are Tags?
Think of tags as keywords or labels that you use to group common items. Tags can be added by anyone to any video in Yahoo! Video. The power of tags is that they can improve search results and you can easily browse them to find great content.
With tags, instead of only seeing search results served and categorized by a computer, you can browse videos personally reviewed and categorized by real people.
You can add a tag to a video in two ways:

Uploading your own videos: As an upload user, you can tag your content with the terms you feel are appropriate. (Note that offensive language violates our terms of service and will be removed). As an uploader, your tags are given additional weight over regular users who might subsequently tag your videos.

Adding to other videos: Click the "tag it" link on any video page to add a tag.
