What if my channel line-up information is wrong?

Cable or satellite channel line-ups and provider designations can change at any time. While we try to keep our listings as up to date as possible, errors might still occur. If you notice an error in the line-up or provider selection for your area, we'd like to get it corrected as soon as possible. In most cases, channel and provider errors can be reported directly to our TV listings content provider Zap2it.com (see exceptions below*). The correction won't show up on our site until Zap2it.com makes the correction in their content.

Exceptions:

*If you are seeing an error in your My Yahoo! TV module, but the same error does not exist when you look up the same channel line-up on Yahoo! TV, then please visit the My Yahoo! help section to report the problem.

* If the error exists only on the Personalized or "Favorite Channels" version of Yahoo! TV listings but not on the "All Channels" version of your line-up, please visit the My Yahoo! help section to report the problem.

Please contact Zap2it.com if you have confirmed that the incorrect line-up information is displaying on the "All Channels" complete line-up version of Yahoo! TV listings.
