Hotel bookings are guaranteed for late arrival, but it's always worth calling the hotel to advise them of a late arrival. At some of the smaller hotels, the owner might need to stay awake until all expected guests arrive. The hotel telephone number is displayed on your booking voucher.
If the flight is delayed and the hotel check-in will be on the same day as originally scheduled, there's no need to call us. However, if it isn't within the same calendar day, please contact a Customer Care agent.
