What is required for international travel?

Some international journeys require an acceptable form of ID before we can issue tickets (for most airlines, a passport number is required/accepted). Passengers are responsible for proper and up-to-date documents for entry/re-entry into a country (visa, passport). Please contact the embassy or consulate of all countries involved in your travel itinerary for proper documentation requirements.

Some countries require children who are traveling with only one parent, or in someone else's custody, to carry written, notarized consent from the absent parent or parents. Please check local passport and visa laws regarding traveling with minors.

If you don't want to provide your passport information online, please call our Customer Care Center immediately after the reservation has been booked at 1-877-229-7132 with your valid passport number or other acceptable ID. Following receipt of the information, we'll resume processing your vacation package purchase.

For a list of the visa and passport requirements for travelers from the U.S. who are traveling internationally, please reference the country-by-country requirements on the State Department web site.
