My reservation is not appearing in My Travel. What can I do?

If you're unable to view your flight, hotel, or car trip itinerary in My Travel, your trip might have been booked under a different Yahoo! ID. Only the user of the Yahoo! ID that was used at the time of purchase can view the reservation.

If someone else booked your trip using their own Yahoo! ID, please ask that person to log in to My Travel Reservations to view and print out your trip reservation details.

If you booked this trip using a different Yahoo! ID, please log in to My Travel Reservations using that original Yahoo! ID to view and print out your trip reservation details.

If you've tried both of these options and still aren't able to view your flight, hotel, or car reservation online, please contact our Customer Service Center at 1-888-924-6687 (210-522-1580 outside the U.S. and Canada or 1-800-555-7585 for TDD hearing impaired) for assistance. Our agents are available 24 hours a day, seven days a week.
