If you have a reservation on hold and you're ready to purchase it, select "Current Reservations" from the "My Trips" section on the left side of the Yahoo! Travel home page.
A list of all of your active reservations appears. Choose the reservation that you want to buy.
Next, you see the details of the itinerary, and are given the option to purchase the reservation.
