This can occur with Internet Explorer 5 or 6 and is caused by your security settings being too high to install Yahoo! Toolbar for Internet Explorer. To install Yahoo! Toolbar, please do the following:

1. Open the "Tools" menu and select "Internet Options".
2. Click the "Security" tab and choose "Medium security".
3. Click "OK".
4. Visit the Yahoo! Toolbar site and click "Download".

When you've installed Yahoo! Toolbar, you can go back to the Internet Options dialog and set your security level back to High if you wish.

If your browser is already set to "Medium Security" or lower and you still receive this message, please let us know, so we can resolve the problem.
