You can use the Smart Tools menu to send highlighted information on a web page to your friends through email and Yahoo! Messenger.

Yahoo! Messenger

To share something interesting in a web page via Yahoo! Messenger, do the following:

1. Select the text on the web site that you want to share.
2. Click the Smart Tools icon, select Send This, then select by IM. Your Yahoo! Messenger contact list opens.
3. Select a person to send to and click OK. Yahoo! Messenger opens an IM window with the web page title, URL, and selected text already entered.
4. Add a personal touch if you wish, then click Send.

Email

To share something interesting in a web page via email, do the following:

1. Select the text on the web site that you want to share.
2. Click the Smart Tools icon, select Send This, then select by email. Your default email program opens a new message with the web page title, URL, and selected text already entered.
3. Enter your friend's email address.
4. Add a personal touch if you wish, then send the message.
