Any application that shows up in a Yahoo! Anti-Spy scan can be removed from future scans. After inspecting the scan results list, you might find that a particular application is one that you installed and want on your computer. To prevent an application or item from being detected in future scans, select it and click "Allow". Items on your Allow list are not detected in future scans.

To remove an application or item from your Allow list, start Yahoo! Anti-Spy and click "Allow". You can remove the item from the list by clicking "De-list". If you de-list an item, it is detected in future scans.
