Why does the video keep catching when I try to watch it?

Replace an article

You have reached the maximum number of saved articles. Your oldest saved article will be replaced with the new one.

If you meet all of the system requirements, but the video keeps catching when you try to view it, there may be an issue with your firewall.

  • Go to Start > Run
  • Type in: services.msc
  • Click OK
  • Select your firewall and click on the “stop” link to the left
  • Once the event is over, you can click on “start” or “restart” to enable the firewall again (or simply restart your computer)
