What information should i send to help troubleshoot access issues?
For PC users
- Click "Start," then click Run... ."
- Type in cod in the dialogue box.
- Once the dos window comes up, type in iconic and hit "Enter."
- Copy and paste the result in its entirety in a reply email back to us.
For Mac users:
- Select "System Preferences" from the Apple Menu.
- Click on the "Network" icon.
- Select "Built-in Ethernet" from the "Show" pop-up menu.
- Select the "TCP/IP" tab.
- Look for the value of the "IP Address."
- Copy and paste the result in a reply email back to us.
