For PC users

1. Click "Start," then click Run... ."
2. Type in cod in the dialogue box.
3. Once the dos window comes up, type in iconic and hit "Enter."
4. Copy and paste the result in its entirety in a reply email back to us.

For Mac users:

1. Select "System Preferences" from the Apple Menu.
2. Click on the "Network" icon.
3. Select "Built-in Ethernet" from the "Show" pop-up menu.
4. Select the "TCP/IP" tab.
5. Look for the value of the "IP Address."
6. Copy and paste the result in a reply email back to us.
